Quick Guide: How to Update Windows 10

1. Open Settings:

   Click the Start button and select the gear icon (Settings), or press Win + I on your keyboard.

2. Go to Updates:

   Select Update & Security.

3. Check for Updates:

   On the Windows Update tab (left sidebar), click the grey Check for updates button.

4. Download and Install:

   • If updates are available, they will often start automatically.
   • If you see a link that says Download and install (often for “Feature updates”), click it to proceed.

5. Restart:

   Once the installation is complete, click Restart now if prompted to finish the process.
